Kevin leaving to pick up Eamon. Unfortunately this is not his car, but rather the loaner from his cousin Peter.
The next day we had a meet and greet with a large family contingent at a potluck at my Aunt Phil's (Cultural Note: Potluck is not as common as in the US. Several of my cousins thought it was a great idea and Kari had to explain the concept at work on Monday). It was a good way to get everyone together so Eamon could meet a bunch of his extended family members at one time.
The next day, Peter and I took them to Warwick Castle. They left on Tuesday. Sharon flew home on Saturday October 6th and Eamon came back to us the same day. We spent the next few days visiting with family and doing some sightseeing.

The following Tuesday we flew to Ireland with Aunt Phil. We met with old friends of Dad's and extended family members. We also toured around West Cork, visiting the farm Dad grew up on, and driving around the Ring of Kerry. We flew by to England on Friday, then Saturday morning, the 13th we drove Eamon down to Heathrow for his flight home.

Eamon after his third Irish whiskey. No one said visiting was easy.

His grandfather was the brother of Dad's grandfather (our great-grandfather) and they grew up on that farm. My great-granfather left there to go to America, came back and bought the farm in Aughaville.
Kevin and Peter Murray. My dad worked for him for about a year after he left home in 1961.
