OMG - we were there!!!

Over the rainy, nasty weekend, I rented Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. I've seen it tons of times, but just wanted something familiar for a change.

There is a scene near the beginning of the film when Indy first arrives in Venice. He goes into a "converted church" which is used as a library.

During our visit to Venice, we sat in the square in front of the same church they used (at least for their exterior shot) and had a coffee, before going into aforementioned church to see an exhibit of Leonardo da Vinci's inventions.

Trippy!

But we're definitely glad we were there during October instead of this week.
