Nice Rugby

Not "nice" rugby, although that is the case, but rugby in Nice, the city.

We went with our friend Osi and took a bus from a local pub to the Nice Rugby Club to watch them play the defending European champions, Leinster (from Ireland).

One of the players on the Leinster team is called Brian O'Driscoll. He's the captain of the Irish national rugby team, and we had hoped to see him play that night. But, Leinster only played their 2nd team and turns out that "Cousin Bri" as we so affectionately call him (you know, because we're close...NOT), didn't even come to the match! Oh well.

Nice managed to not get completely smoked, they lost 38-10. But considering that Leinster is the premier club team in Europe, that's a pretty darn good result.
